travelling alone at the start of february!

im travelling to sydney at the start of feb, anyone got any tips or travelling same time.
Would be good to meet people who are in the same boat as myself.

Yes, I am doing my preparation for Sydney trip and applied for tourist visa, so once I get my visa then I will be there.
