Hi All

we are off to The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland (right up to Rovaniemi in the Artic Circle for Christmas), Estonia and Poland for our honeymoon next December 13 (in thier winter) - what do you recommend is the best luggage to take - a suitcase or back pack?

I have a back pack from a previous adventure but my partner doesnt, so we need to get him something and i am not sure what would be easiest to get around in the snow/winter weather.

Thanks for your help! :)

Sam

Not sure that last reply actually answers the question!?

Personally I'd go for the backpack. You're obviously going to be on the move a lot and a wheelie case isn't going to get through the snow you're likely to encounter. A backpack is much more versatile - try to get a travel pack where the harness zips away completely - less likely to get snagged on airport conveyor belts. Enjoy your winter!

Ohhh thanks Boris - thats a great idea re: the harness zipping away! you are right the back pack will be easier to get around with.

Neither of us have even seen let alone been in snow, so its going to be quite an experience!

Thanks so much :)
