my sister, Ruth was fine in the end , she gave birth to a healthy happy little girl - Laoise on March 20th, she is expecting again and is due another baby in ten weeks, my other sister, Robyn (the baby of the family) gave birth to another niece Chelsea two weeks ago, my family are very important to me even when they are at their most sarcastic (my brother, Chris and Dad being a terrible double act !)With work, well after all calmed down they have since promoted me twice so it turned out okay

yep, all was grand in the end, there tends to be a lot of little dramas in my family, you just get on with it while trying not to eat too many heads

Two years ago... It was March 15, 2003? Close to Easter... Well, my now-husband and I had deceided to get married! We were going to tell it to my parents on Easter evening... We got married in June... It was just the beginning... So many things happened since then, it seems to me it was an eternity ago! I finished my studies, we moved twice, changed cities, "career" plans, and now I'm teaching full-time... ooooof!

Sounds like you have a large family...more siblings, more drama...everyone has to do its part, it is the sibling duty, although sometimes is the parents. My sister seems to bring ALL of it to my family...
