Nope, i'm lazy. Although instead of taking the bus i walk the 1 hour trek to work and 1 hour back twice a week.
Plus im student and we're just plain lazy.
I'll hopefully be working in the backcountry US for 4 months soon so i'll come back a glistening adonis anyway.

i always have good intentions to do a lot but it depends on work, if i've had a really long day i don't always make the gym (it closes at 10 and even if i just make it i have to eat something as i would have skipped dinner), i do walk to and from work every day and at lunch which though is only a small walk adds up to about 5k's per day, go swimming at the weekend, run after my niece when i'm babysitting, try to go hiking on sundays but mostly weather dependent.... but the summer is nearly here so you never know...

I go to the gym or do a bit of X-country running just about everyday. Due to a poor lifestlye outside the gym though i don't have abdoms like poppadoms. However, since the new year, things are improving.
I used to play a lot of football but had to give up due to shift work and i really miss it.

just cycling as a way of commuting - plus my job helps me to keep feat.

pumping muscles or playing rough sports is not necesarrily healthy.

Another important aspects of good health is diet, lifestyle, proper breating etc

I am an avid biker. I used to average 100 miles (yes miles) a day..not much in the past year, but I hope to remedy that soon. :)

I joined Dragonboating a few years back and love it. That's the trick - to join a sport where your absence makes a difference (each and every paddler is needed and it shows when just one misses a practice!). It gets you up off the couch on the days you'd rather stay home. I'm not a "nut" about it - one practice a week in the winter and two in the summer, plus one indoor training session per week.

I do about 5km on my bicycle to and from school everyday. Plus some good "wake-up" yoga in the morning and some cool-down yoga when I get home.
