I go to the gym every day (but Sunday) - 2 hours is enough for me, love spinning and dance classes. Not sports, sometimes when it's possible I go to surf...i love this sport!

For the most part, I go to the gym 4 times a week on average, some weeks three, others five, it depends on my schedule. I do weights and cardio exercise so I am usually there for an hour and a half or so. The best part is when I see "The Rock" in there working out, of course I pretend not to look at him when his benching 400 lb weights

woooow you go to the same gym as the Rock??

wow.. same gym centre wif "The Rock"?! It would only be strange if he is benching 10lb weights

I join the gym around 2-3times a week, each time at least an hr EXTREME sports-body combat, body step or body jam. umm.. more than enough? Weight lifting? I always give up after muscle pain.

I like to think of it as The Rock goes to the same gym as I do, I am there more often than he is One thing I dont understand is that you would think that he would have a gym in his own house. His wife is there all the time though with a personal trainer and he only goes, as I am told, when he is in town during his "off" time. But I do see him at least once a month...he and I dont have the same schedule

Qi breathing is pretty relaxing and a natural excercise which can be done when ever you get a chance for a few minutes. Martial Arts however is the ultimate pastime, exercise for me.

Martial Arts is my favorite form of exercise. Unfortunately the classes at my gym are too early for me, they seem to be driven towards the non-working people (as if they needed hahaha, just kidding). I took karate for 6-7 years when I was a kid. I loved the discipline, self control while building up my self confidence. I left it at 12 to join the world of gymnastics...
