Hi everyone, Im going to be in eastern europe mainly...Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech rep with a lil stopover in Berlin. If you are going to be in the area from April 18th till June, lemme know, would be cool to share a pint with someone from here.
Will probably be in E Euro for a chunk of May and June, and always happy to go for a pint (although the idea sharing a pint a scary - What's wrong with one each? )
i'm not going to be there when you are, but i have to reccomend you go to Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic. Its a small town, very touristy, but its like a mini-Prague and you'll absolutely love it there! Most people who have been there, do.
Have a great trip!
I would love to meet up with any of you if you're out there in June/July time, which is when I am planning my trip.
I'm 23F from Hertfordshire, England and ideally I would be doing a whistlestop tour of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia. Somehow I don't think I have the money or the time to do all of this! However, I would love to hear from like-minded people.
Good luck to all of you anyway, and happy travelling :-)
I have been travelling around quite a lot lately - in May I went through Tallinn, Parnu, Riga and Vilnius. Vilnius is amazing ! You probably want to spend three or four days there.
Last November and then again in February, I was in Gdansk - you should definitely go there ! The old city is beautiful and it's always good to get some fresh air from the Baltic sea :o)
I am going there again in late June to organise a cultural discovery event (http://www.culturehunter.com), so I have been exploring the place quite a lot. If you need any practical info, don't hesitate to ask :o)
I will be starting travelling from May in Berlin. Then moving on to Krakow then round the Czesh Rep,Slovenia,Croatia, Hungary taking in Prague, Budapest and Ljubljana. Plus I hope alot more just send me a message when and where your going to be and i'll be happy to go for a drink.
