Hi All,
A friend and I are travelling to South America in March for just over 4 months. We fly into Rio and are hoping to visit Brazil, Venezuela, Columbia, Peru and Bolivia. At the moment we are trying to figure out the best route - either to head up to Venezuela first or across to Bolivia. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Ideally, we would prefer to avoid as much of the wet seasons as possible.
We are also hoping to go off the beaten track and avoid overly touristy areas - does anyone know of any hidden gems that would be worth a visit?
Any help would be great!
Thanks
Lisa
