Note to female TP members - ply Daveh with absinthe at the TP island party.

Yeah, i know whats going on here. After my comments in the 'Who would it be' thread there is a conspiracy to get me plastered. Once plastered and unable to fend for myself, i'll be dressed up in the summer 2005 Speedo/thong collection just for everyones entertainment ;)

Damn, you're on to us - change of plan for Daveh, girls! Maybe he'll look good in the little lime green number...

The glass is always half full - unless its rum or vodka - then it's half empty and time for a refill.

As for the question...it is ALWAYS half full! You never have to look far to see someone who is in worse shape (financially, physically, emotionally, etc) If you woke up breathing this morning, congratulations! You have another chance!

Everything....and I mean everything is perspective;)

True... True.
But still, most people have no idea of what they have, until they'we lost it... On the other hand, if you are always satasfied just with the idea that you drew breath this morning, where's the motivation to do more every day in you life? How do you become a better, richer, nicer person? I guess that I'm always happy with what I have, but always striving for more. Is this greed talking? Or ambition?

Draw your breath through a ventilator...you will very much appreciate every breath you can draw on your own. I understand what your saying. It is just...most (not all) people take the most simple things for granted...maybe people would feel better/happier/more fullfilled if they realized how good they have it now. I know things can always be worse, but yes, they can always be better. I don't think that is greed, unless you are just talking about aquiring things. I think that is human nature..to make the world a better place because WE are in it. Then again I may just be wearing my rose colored glasses again;)

Oh, do tell how that came about????

Daveh would probably look cute in it - with the straw hat and gloves.
