Just a quick question as i am unsure of who to call/contact to find out the relevant information.
At the age of around 14/15 i was charged with theft(only once), does your recored get cleared as you turn 16? I am now 19 and have got a holiday booked for the 6 of July. Also when i was around that age i got an asbo as i used to have a motorcross bike (didnt know i had the asbo untill i got stopped by the police in my car at 17. I have no other charges apart from the theft.
Who do i contact to fin out if these issues will efftect me.
Personally i dont think these will effect me entering Florida but its better to be safe rather that sorry.
