wanna catch up the local festival or music festival.

Austria can be a year-round destination depending on what you want to do.

The Austrian tourist board (austria dot info) is a useful place to start to find out about festivals, I suggest you look there.

Austria has a wealth of beautiful cities to visit. My own favourite is Graz in Steirmark (Styria). It's particularly wonderful around Christmastime. Vienna and Salzburg are also world-famous beautiful cities.
