I have just returned from NZ back to the uk due to family circumstances. I was there for 7 months on a first year WHV. I have a boyfriend out there who is being sponsorsed and may well want to stay for residency. If that is what he decides to do then I want to go back out to join him and stay there too. However having left NZ am I allowed to return before my visa expires at the end of June- is a general WHV applicable for multiple entry?
If so then great as I will just apply for an extension when I get back out there (as I'm aware you can only do it manually while in NZ) however if I cannot return on that visa, then can I get a 3 month tourist visa and then apply for my WHV visa extension whilst on that??
Please help?!
