After all, I am going to be doing so much travelling in August, September and October I might just go and visit everyone personally.

Does that mean I have to get the other TPers out of my guestroom at some point so you can drop by too??? Just checking - the summer visitation schedule is filling up fast!

I reckon it should be kept on the 24th/25th folks. It's been the plan all along and changing things is just going to make it harder for someone else not to make it...

Plus, there's always that chance that I'll make it!!! I'm working on it; fingers crossed on this end

Yes, Sam, I tend to agree. Most of the participants, whether they have made their reservations or not, have set aside this particular weekend for the "flocking". We will all cross our fingers, cast our spells, and throw the bones in hopes that your itinerary will include your attendance. Isa throws her bones and casts her spells.

Don't know if it makes a difference to anyone, but based on my present travel schedule, I am really only able to do that weekend of the 24th and 25th. The 3 weeks before I will be in Europe, and the 2 weeks after I will be in California.

Of course, Sam and Peter are travelling the furthest, so we should probably schedule around them. After all, I am going to be doing so much travelling in August, September and October I might just go and visit everyone personally.

If your are in Northern California, first beer is on me! And the second...the third.....

True. Also it would be kinda "neat" meeting the founding members of "Travellers Point". Tough call.

Any weekend is good with me (tee hee, since I live here!)! Sam, I hope you can make it down...and we can always have the group of us local TPers buy you a beer or two, if you want to come down at a later date. My sched's wide-open! (lol, when I'm not working, lol)

Cheers,
Katie ;)

Hi! This is my first post in the forum, and sorry if I missed an introduction thread for this!

I, too, live in Montréal, and am quite willing to add any expertise I can to the gettogether in September. I would love to meet up with everybody to discuss travel! I'm planning a European trip next summer, so a chance to meet some fellow travellers (those more experienced, or novices, like myself) in Montréal would be wicked!

I'm still figuring this site out, so any input or information about you guys and girls and who's who would be sweet!

Hi Jenny and welcome! The more the merrier!!

Okay, I just decided yesterday that I work too much as it is anyway and this is just the opportunity to rectify that.... I'm going to have someone get my tickets sorted out quick so I can't change my mind either :)

See you all in September!!!
