Both red and pink go well with platinum zippers, right Marc?!

Yep..well, not sure about the pink. I haven't wore pink since the early 90's

T

o get back on topic...about a year ago I posted a "What to do in Montreal" thread and since we're having a meet-up here soon, I figured that I would post the link.

Is there a hotel within crawling distance of bars and clubs?

There are lots of hotels! What's your price range?

Marc, can you get a good discount for the Intercontinental? It's not downtown, but it's not too, too far away either.

A name tag challenge. All TPers who are planning to attend are responsible for their own name tag. Design the most creative and informative name tag for the event.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dammit, I must get creative now! You know how I feel about creativity Isa...got none!! I am going to have to ask the Mr. to make one up for me...is that allowed?? (How did I miss this thread?)

Have to think about that one Anne - hubby doing tag, that is. Will get back to ya. (I don't see why not since we didn't make up any rules for the challenge. It would not really be fair to make some up now.)

You missed this thread because it was hiding under John Q. Public's tax return!

Hmm..I tried booking it on the website. The employee rate wasn't avaliable. Do you think I have better luck going direct?

I was never full time, so I never benefited from a discount. But I seem to remember the employee manual mentioning you could pay just 25% of the room cost during low-season. Can you check with your human resources department? They should know.

Mind, I haven't worked there in 8 years or so...

Key word is crawl! Not sure how about the price though. How about giving three prices? Low end, moderate, and high end. I think the more important thing is location. I will becoming in on weds leaving sunday. I need something to do!
