Possible route, any tips welcome

So I am trying to put an itinery together and have come up with a possible plan. However, I am seeking any words of wisedom really.

From may 2013

Manchester- dubai- 3 days

Dubai - Delhi- One month

Delhi - Tokyo Two weeks

Tokyo - hong kong (spend a month travelling down to singapore)

Singapore to balli- two weeks

to then fly to australia for 12 months on a WHV. What do people think?
