I’m Matthias and currently I’m working on a project for a big museum.
We are building an application for the expected queue line and we have a few questions unanswered:
What do you do (other than using your mobile phone) in a queue line of 30+ minutes?
Do you use your mobile phone? If so what do you do?
Do you want some previews while waiting?
Would you like to play a mobile game with the other tourists in line?
Thanks in advance,
I was stuck in a long queue at the Melbourne zoo a few months ago and noticed the "online ticket pickup" queue was considerably shorter. So I went online and was tempted to buy a ticket online then walk over to that line to pick it up. I was just uncertain if that would be processed quick enough.
If you can speed up the process at the museum by allowing online purchases and reassure people that they can still do it even while they're in the museum then I think that would be a great thing to have. Why spend time and money working on keeping people happy in the queue when you could instead work on getting rid of the queue entirely
Not that interested in games / previews etc
