Hey everyone! my friend and I ( two 24 year old women) are going to volunteer in Moshi, Tanzania in May/June. After volunteering we will have 2 weeks to travel we will be doing a safari, What I want to know is, is it possible to do a 7 day safari but be able to see serengeti and ngorongo crater in that time?

We then will be heading to Zanzibar for about 6 days. We plan on doing one night in Stone town but then will be ready for some paradise after roughing it for so long!..... I have heard aboout many different places to stay in zanzibar including paje, jambiani and nungwi.

We cant decide which area to stay..... we want somewhere fairly cheap, but also not a dive... we want to do some snorkelling, sunbathing and partying! we want to go somewhere where we will meet young people like us but also have a beautiful beach to relax on. I hear paje is quiet but sounds like the other two places are pretty happening. Can someone tell me where they think we would meet the most people but have good snorkelling???

thank you

Tarangire has their own mini-migration between July-August, while in the No. Serengeti, the herds that didn't quite make into Kenya's Masai Mara hang out with possible river crossings.
