My husband was arrested over 35 years ago after fighting in a pub. He was fined £70 and bound over to keep the peace. Does this mean we have to go through the whole process to get him a visa or could would we be safe enough to travel to US without one? Thanks for your help.

Yes i think if he is having a police record you wont be able to get a US visa that easily as it could had been....
