Hi everybody!

So I'm toying with the idea travelling solo to Thailand in late April til late May, what are peoples general thoughts of going this time of year? Is it busy with other travellers? Kind of worrying I may have left it too late, as i'm told peak season is november-feb! But maybe i`m just overthinking.

Oh and also, if I did leave in late April, would I have time to get vaccinations from now til then? I`m under the impression hep vaccines take a while.

All feedback or advice will be much appreciated, and if i ever meet you i`ll buy you a beer! :)

Hey,
april to may is generally the hottest months of the year in thailand. June to nov is moonson season. Still hot but humid, some say this is a good time to travel as its less crowded and cheaper. Ill be there mid march until who knows when, at the very least end of september. If you get down to the drs quck youll be fine for vaccinations. Its usually 6 weeks, normally both heps are recommended, typhoid and polio. I also had rabies because of the work Ill be doing and jap enc. But your dr should be able to advise you. Hope this helps :)
