Brazil has implemented a new ATM limit on foreign accounts.. The new limit is now only 300 Brazilian reais a day..

One way to overcome this is simply get an ATM card from a bank that reimburses for ATM service charges and only a small foreign transaction fee.
Make many withdrawals...

Yeah, I stay away now...jeez man, relax, if that is your main problem during travelling, I suggest to stay home

Holy crap, that's outrageous! I'm sure it's impossible to figure out a way around this like Reply #2, or simply travelling with more than one debit card.

Brazil should never be visited by anyone ever again!

Cheers,
Terry

One must be creative when travelling, and shouldn't let that stop them from visiting an amazing country.... Bring some cash ahead of time, use a credit card, convert some cash/travelers cheques at an exchange counter or bank, etc... there are so many ways to get around that problem.
Brazil is beautiful, why would this stop you?

116 euros a day is peanuts and if you have to pay several euros per transaction, that is a fiddle. Best not to use ATM's there by taking money into the country.
