Hi fellow travellers, i hope you've been loving your trips like i do.

My next trip is to china, but the train system of getting from a state to another(guangzhou-chengdu) is rather complicated as i'm unable to find much information through my research.

So my questions are,
what is the type of train i should take to chengdu from guangzhou?

& where is guangzhou train station to chengdu?

My routes are from guangzhou-chengdu-lhasa(tibet)-lijian- hainan island. do i take the same kind of train to these places?

Thank you so much, my trip is in 5 days time! exciting
Cassandra

Trains are very slow and expensive in China. If you can, get a flight. A number of airlines take the route you want. You can book them on the internet.

Hi thanks for the responds. Which airline would you recommend?:)

I was playing around and found this quote on China Southern for $130: CAN-CTU. Don't know if this in your price range. Good luck with your planning.
