For the last 3 months I have been paying £20 per month into a Wizzair account, or at least that what I thought I was doing, as to day I have discovered that the account shows zero!
Does anyone know of their UK address where i could write to as the website has no email or UK address on it.
There's an address and phone number here and also a form where you can submit and enquiry or complaint.
Thanks but the address shown is for complaints about the telephone call centre not Wizzair.
Their enquiry form states that matters relating to accounts should be directed through the wretched telephone call centre. There is no UK address on their site. Shameful!
That's annoying - hope you manage to get it sorted and find out where your money has gone!
