Quoting Joz

I have never seen either of those....But I think I have a crush on Gil...he is the perfect man;) (sigh)....

He's the reason I (we) don't watch CSI - neither of us like him as an actor. Personal taste... David Carusso a bit is over the top, but we like the rest of the cast and the scenery!!

Joz, do get a ladybug invasion up there in Yooper Land?? Man, these last few days of warmer weather - they are coming out of the woodwork (literally). Still too cold for them outside, but they have been finding their way in by the hundreds - and I mean HUNDREDS!!

I have never seen him in anything but the show. And he is perfect! Bookish, brillant, standoffish..(sigh, I need a moment) Yeah, safe to say he is my crush of the week;)

The past two years have been awful for ladybugs! I have seen them (more so out at camps) INCHES deep in widow sills! Ours bite..do you have the same kind? They also stink when you squish them. I haven't seen any yet..but we still aren't getting above freezing ...

Yeah, they bite hard!!! It's nice being awaken from a sound sleep by some little red guy biting your nose. I'm having to vacuum them off the windows twice a day and screw the dumping them outside to live free at this point. The small woods behind our house is their wintering ground and in fall/spring, the downed logs are bright red. As soon as it's warm enough, I take the screens off the skylights and open them. Within a couple of days the house is empty of little red nippers. Until that time, it's a damn invasion force! (I love them, don't get me wrong, but too much of a good thing isn't good anymore.)

Is it in English??? (In Norway, that is.)

Yep, everything stays in the original language here, with subtitles in Norwegian. One of the main reasons the English of the Dutch and Scandinavians is so much better than the English of the Germans who dub all the shows (no offense). Not to mention the fact that it just sounds weird listening to Gil speaking in German :)

I have to say I agree whole heartedly, in work even without an accent you know if a person is Dutch or German just by their level of english and especially slang,

(and i don't mean too match those two nationalities together but the amount of ''silly'' people in bars etc who think Arjan is german is unbelievable, he's dutch )

[ Edit: Fixed quote ]

ouch, that's painful for the dutch

i know !!! its got to the stage where i feel offended for him, if he's in a good mood its okay he laughs it off and decides maybe they're just ignorant but if he's in a bad mood...... well its time to tie the windows down, theres lectures, rudeness and vowing never to talk to that stupid person...... i kind of understand how he feels though, when you go abroad and people constantly presume you're english or american because you speak english can be very frustrating, they could just ask before jumping to conclusions ...
