Travel Forums System Talk Map changes not saving

Hi,

Something major has happened to the maps. ALL of my maps have changed. I move the curves a lot to make the maps look a lot neater and every single one of them has reverted to it as was originally created.

If I make changes to the map, they are not saving. The lines are edited, the Save button is clicked each time and it appears to go through the saving process. If I then close the map and then go back into it, it has reverted to the original map. I have cleared the browser's cache (Opera 12.15) to no avail.

I also noticed today that all the dates I had entered against my map had disappeared and my map was at the bottom of the list rather then at the top.

Thanks,
Glynn

Hi Glynn,

Looking into this at the moment..

When you say it didn't save, is it only the curve that you've edited?

And finally, the dates you entered; were they only on your most recent trip?

Hi,
Yes and yes.
Thanks,

Ok, good. We found the problem with the curves and will be able to restore them and also restore the ability to edit them.

Need to find out what happened with the dates still.

Hi,
I am not sure this is totally fixed yet.
Each individual map seems to be okay now and back to how it was. Thanks.
However the full map with all my trips showing is still wrong. This means that the two maps do not match each other. This is for all trips, not just the most recent one.

Thanks,

Indeed. That problem should now also be resolved.
