WAIT STOP!!!

you don't need any 'big companies' helping you!!

there are plenty of hostels, opening an account is soooooooo easy!!!
I have come from NZ to OZ and it soooooooooo easy!!!!

if your looking for accom look into gumtree.......Sydney is pretty pricey though.

same as looking for jobs gumtree will help u out and u save a shit load of money!!!

please be careful when looking into these companies saying they will help u out, you spend a shit load of money and realise how easy it is to do yourself!!! and not to mention CHEAP

another good job website i used was www.seek.com.au i managed to get a few jobs off there and one paid me to travel around Oz building exhibition stands which was cool .

I stayed in base hostel in sydney that was awesome lots going on and its right in the city, opposite the underground station just a short work from darling harbour.

http://www.visitoz.org/ I also used this company to find agricultural work on a cattle station one of the best experiences of my life . I booked it in oz though and it cost me $500 AUD. I heard it was more expensive around £700 if you booked it from the uk and the only extra thing you get is a night or 2 in rainbow beach. Maybe worth looking into .

hope this helps and enjoy your trip

Tom
