If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?

Mmm...you have failed at being a failure

ergo you are a success in spite of yourself

Can one succeed at failure? If a tree falls in the forest...

I've just noticed there are two ways of interpreting that question:

If you try to fail and succeed at failing, which have you done?

If you try to fail, and succeed which have you done?

I read it as the second option...

I have succeeded in recognizing that my failures are part of my success :)

Do you mean that, if you try to fail (succeed), and you succeed (fail), then what have you done?

Has this got anything to do with things looking up (down) or down (up)?

If so, then if I try to fail (succeed) and succeed (fail) in failing (succeeding) then I have successfully (unsuccessfully) failed (succeeded), therefore I'm a failure (success) !
