Hi there,

I need to stay one week in Paris, instead of going to a hotel, i was wondering to may be renting an apartment. Do you think it is easy to find an apartment for only one week? Do you think it is cheaper to rent an apartment than going to a hotel in Paris?

Thanks for your replies and sharing your experience.

I have a great apartment that I use when I'm in Paris. With two bedrooms and a great location 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars and 1,000 EUR/week it might be out of your price range and too big, but if you're interested I can send you the details.

I have it on a PDF file, if you're curious PM me an email address and I'll send it to you.

Have fun.

Location is everything in Paris, and I do think you can save considerably over a hotel. I used the Airbnb service for Istanbul and was very pleased. Here's their listing for Paris

According to me, renting a apartment is better because it will be reasonable fro you. Go there and ask a agent a broker for a good apartment or ask the peoples living their. Another way is to search for rental advertisements on the internet at where you want to live, you will definitely get it.

I agree that apartments are better choice than hotels and if you search a bit than you can crack a good deal getting affordable rental apartments. But do keep the location in mind.
