Hi Steve, I find your website extremely helpful. I will be in Cambodia in May and I had some questions about a couple of things that I pretty much got an answer to thru your website. Loved it!!

Quick question...did the dr. mention anything about how to avoid dust mites in some of the hostals? Is there something preventive that can be done?

There is a light weight cotton type sleeping bag that most good camping stores sell. They fold up to a size not much bigger than your shoe. My friend Peter had one and experienced no trouble, so I would suggest looking into one of them. I will contact Peter and ask him exactly what they are called.

Hi areinstein,

I'm Peter, and travelled with Steve (wmcs) to Cambodia.

He asked me about what I used when sleeping in hotels/hostels.
I used a sleeping bag liner. It is a bag that slips into a sleeping bag or you can use it just by itself. You can get them made from various materials but mine is made from silk. As Steve has mentioned you can buy them at most camping stores.

Hope you have a great trip to Cambodia as we did.

Regards
Peter

Sorry to bump this thread, however I didn't want to start a new one for this. I just wanted to let everybody know our site has generated a huge amount of queries mostly about sections that have not been completed yet. Although there is still a lot to do we have updated several area?s that I think people will find interesting.

Regards
Steve :)
