Hi Guys.....

Oopsssssssss......... Whats going on :(.............Hard discussions ........lets not do that.
Thanks for some sweet interventions too :)

I am not a very very old guy as i am just 29 to have lots of experience in riding, it just that I started touring since last 8-9 years.......Whenever I get a free time from office I leave home to some or the other place in the Himalayas so I have some riding experience on the hills.I am extremely crazy about biking/touring............. and motorcycle customization is my hobby which i do for myself and friends...
I have just begun and haven't ridden much as you guys must have done............ but have done almost whole of Himachal Pradesh & Uttrakhand going to there small villages ...playing with kids......doing some trek.......Been to Rajesthan and covered major places.Apart from that have done West Bengal(Kolkata-Silliguri,Darjelling etc), Utter Pradesh & Bihar(Patna-Bodhgaya), Jharkhand(Ranchi-Jamshedpur), North East -Assam -Mizoram...........Have done Lauhal Spiti Solo twice........... so half India has been covered.......Recently did a journey of my life Delhi to Nepal on a my motorcycle and covered almost all places which was around 4500km ride.....Touched Bhutan and back.

Now I have already done Ladakh in 2009 with some friends but it was a very tight journey of 11days covering some tourist spots and hurrying back to join work.

This trip will be much more adventurous and relaxed as I am planning to do Karakoram Range and Changtang areas which are more in isolation..........Have planned to pitch my own tent and Cook food aswell :).......Let me tell you that I can repair a Royal Enfield too:) which include both 350 & 500cc engine and this ride is on my 500cc machismo for which i am carry some spares along...

There is still to ride so much for this entire life......And as i said i have just begun.....
If not much then I have some experience of travelling so lets go guys as you are in safe hands :)
Plz let me know if anyone wants to come with me as a pillion. I will be leaving delhi in the third wk of Sep.

Cheers & God bless
Abhinav

Abhinav, thanks for checking back in on the thread and thanks for the emails.

When you "touched" Bhutan did you actually get across their border? When I rode there via Darjeeling/Kalimpong/Nagrakata the Bhutanese officials were kind and understanding but were unflinching in not allowing me entry in via ground transport. Bummer.

Have a great trip and maybe run into you later this year.

Cheers,
Terry
