I have four-five egg whites every morning (fried or scrambled) with two slices of whole wheat bread and a glass of orange juice. EVERY SINGLE MORNING!! I wonder if you can get egg whites in Asia, hmmmm...and how would you order them??

That sounds nice, but rather complicated on a weekday morning. Does hubby prepare it for you? If not, why not ?

Naahh, my husband leaves for work around 6 am and I am barely getting out of bed by 7. It takes me less than 5 minutes to prepare it and believe me, I am the queen of running late in the morning but for some reason I just have to do that. I never used to though...I started to do it consistently about 5 years ago and there was definitely a change in my metabolism (can lose weight faster).

Oh, FYI...that is the only time you will see me in the kitchen...I dont know how to make anything else

if i ever eat cereal, i'll eat frosted flakes... but i have to eat them dry... otherwise they get too soggy in the milk and the texture is nasty...;)

Brendan you metro...

Not only are your ingredients, and their respective measurements concisely detailed, but your use of text underlining, bolding, and the use of lists indicate to me that you also iron your bedsheets (twice both sides) and your underwear (that is neatly laid out in their special draw in your perfectly organised cupboard)!

I think a really nice breakfast is a Starbucks grande Mocha (no cream) and a chocolate muffin. You get a really nice caffine hit. Just don't do it too early.

Haha!! Actaully I am only that way when it comes to writing, all other aspects of my life are very messy!
