Hi Lee

I first heard it years ago when I went and stayed on a health farm for a few days ...

Gives the body a proper chance to digest food eating like this

normally have breakfast in work around ten, so i don't skip it just delay it a bit that way i have another few minutes sleep before leaving home...

I'm the same, always have been, can't eat before 10am... can do coffee though I guess I have bad eating habits, lunch @ 1.30-2pm, dinner around 8pm.. works for me though

I skip beakfast on week days when I dont have time to get it, but I try very hard not to. I also dont eat that much lunch on weekends or durring the summer, because I'm never hungry.

I don't eat breakfast, unless I'm on the morning shift at work. I usually just wake up and head straight to work in the afternoon, and grab something for lunch along the way.

I tend to brush my teeth while cutting my bagel, wash my face while toasting, get dressed between bites, then walk to work finishing the second half...

basically never properly digest it, and crumbs get EVERYWHERE!

On which earth are you from? I thought this would happen in movies only! I would enjoy every meal as this is my way to digest my days. Time management is another issue but having meal in the nicest mood is crucially important!
