Me and my boyfriend are planning to travel through South and Central America this coming spring (no schedule, just going where the wind takes us) .
We have a route planned more or less, the plan is to go Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and then through Central America to Guatemala.
Some time during the trip we would really like to do some volunteer work, prefer with animals. But all I can find when I am googling around is volunteer jobs where you either learn Spanish or you have to pay an amount for accommodation and everything.
We both speak Spanish, he as native and I speak it as my third language, and acommandation is something we prefer to find ourselves.
I would just be very happy if someone could share their experience from some volunteer work around Ecuador, Colombia or Costa Rica.
Thanks in advance!!
