7.5 x 21 x 17.5 inches ; 6.5 pounds

I just bought this and intend to take this, plus a smaller bag I can slide under my seat, with me so as to pack light during a two month (South America) / one month (Spain) trip. I get to repack, if desired, between the two.

I'll be using these airlines:
TAM Brazilian Airlines
Transportes Aereos Del Mercosur (may be same as above)
Finnair
Iberia
British Airways

Also, it has a metal frame that is removable. It's not that hard to remove, but I feel someone's going to stop me if I'm just carry it around. It becomes a lot more "jammable" with that piece removed. Should I consider not bringing the frame? Would I get complaints if I just sat in my seat and removed the frame, keeping it beside me, before I put my luggage up? Unless my fingers lose all their dexterity it should only take a few minutes or so.

I'm also curious to what's the average size for a bag to just shove under your seat? I would like to take the biggest one possible -- the more clothes the better, after all.

If anyone has used this bag, specifically, it'd be much appreciated to hear what they packed as well / how they liked it.

Thank You,
Kyle

Honestly, that's a horrible travel backpack for carry-on. The external frame is nuts, as is the weight.

You really should do some shopping for an internal frame carry-on size backpack. It's easy to find one that's less than HALF that weight.

Good luck no matter what you choose.

Cheers,
Terry

I think you can find a cargo agent deal it, tell them the part of loading and destination of fly. volume in CBM and weight in KG
