I'm having a lot of trouble finding anything at all, i have a basic-intermediate level of spoken spanish and an intermediate level of writtenn spanish. I also have an intermediate-advanced level of spoken and written french. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about any type of work at all anywhere in Spain. Thanks a lot.
i would like to know this too
so here's a thread bump for you man
hey!! why don't you try teaching english in spain? just a suggestion... For alot of the jobs, you don't even need a TEFL certificate, although that would help im sure...! maybe im wrong, but there are companies who would hire pretty much anyone who can speak english, and if you can speak a bit of spanish too, then that just boosts you.
My mother is teaching ESL in Madrid this year, and she's been there since June 2004. She loves it and she had no problem getting a teaching position there. She advertised over the internet and got calls within the same day!
Good luck and I hope you find a job you enjoy!
(PS my advice would be to wait until you get there to find a job... it'll be good to get a better picture of what exactly you want to do... plus people you meet may have recomendations too!)
I was just wondering which cities in Spain have the most potential to get work if i just go over there and look for a job. Also where should i start looking for a job once i get there?
