This thread is marked as being about Brazil

Hello to all!

Just wondering whether there was anyone travelling to Brazil for the World Cup next year?... I'm hoping to stay on in South America for a couple of months after, has anyone got any advice for me. I am a 25 year old female, looking to travel for about 2/3 years as I need a challenge in my life, I'm getting a little bored of home if I'm honest... Currently travelling on my own, but know I will make many friends on the way...

Any pointers? or fellow football fans hoping to see Gerrard lift the Jules Rimet? ;)

Thanks, Jes x

I would love to Jes, but Brazil is too expensive for me at the moment! How are you going to fund 2/3 years travelling?

Thank you Kellie, was helpful!

Hector/ Steve: I'm hoping with the money I have saved, that a couple of months in S.America will be affordable...

Where do most people head after?...
I was just going to get my way to Brazil and then work it out as I go...

I was in Brazil last year and i'm planing to go there again for the world cup! I wont stay as much as you will, but i can give you some advice if you want!
Since you want a SA travel, it would be great if you go to Argentina, Paraguay orrr Costa Rica(not southern but still cool!), at least that's what i did last time i went there.
You don't have to spent a lot. I mean as for the daily expenses, but the transportations are a bit expensive. Anyway, you're gonna have fun for sure!
