Damn - we were hoping for Green Eggs and Ham at the table, then the limo service home!
Oh well - wishful thinking...
well perhaps for a generous tip I can do both
When I get into a restaurant or a bar I tend to look for a table in a corner or at least next to the wall and would get very nervous if I had to sit on a table in the middle of the room.
How does anybody else feel about sitting in the middle of the room?
I often attend banquet-style restaurants where there is at least 8 people to each table. The tables are large so it doesn't matter where they positioned in the room.
If I'm just with one person then I find it better to be over need a wall so others are bumping into you as they pass. It's also more private.
