I never post unless I'm drunk Andy, thus my almost always guaranteed good humour, haha. All the best to you and Merry Christmas.

Hi! I'm planning my honeymoon to Asia, during next April. We're planning to go to Bali (Ubud), Bangkok, North Vietnam, and we can add EITHER SINGAPORE or SIEM REAP (CAMBODIA)... Which would you recommend the most?

We need to decide really soon... and we just can't decide!!! I'll be very grateful if you can help us!! :)

Since you are on a honewymoon i would suggest Singapore than cambodia. These two placea are diffrenbt one the ways people go there for.

We've decided to go to Cambodia - for "a more cultural experience". The heat isn't such a big deal for us since we're used to it haha, and it'll probably be a bonus that the sites won't be as packed. Thank you all for your recommendations! PS: For some fun, we've decided to end our trip in Vegas :)

Singapore is the best option for me. Can you advice me what arrangements have to be done for planning a trip to Singapore?

My choice will be Cambodia.

Different countries - different visa requirements. Depends on the passport you enter with.

I could have missed this in previous posts - for the Asian part of this holiday about how long are you allowing for each country? With enough time in each country you can relax a bit and not have your time for sightseeing be reduced because you are almost always in transit to or from or waiting at airports. Not to mention sitting on airplanes; Bali to Bangkok is over 4 hours for the flight.

Cambodia is a good choice. (For some travelers on a tight budget Cambodia is cheaper than Singapore too!) Phnom Penh may be worth a day or two time permitting. Years ago I used the ferry to get to Siem Reap for Angkok Wat. Long boat ride though. Anything you can do depends on how much time you allow for each country.

Have a nice time in Asia.
