Alle Zimmer - seien es Doppel-, Dreibett- oder Vierbettzimmer - sind mit kunstschmiedeeisernen Betten und orthopädischen Matratzen ausgestattet, wobei man in den Doppelzimmern ein Doppelbett und in den übrigen Zimmern eine Kombination aus Doppel- und Einzelbetten finden kann. Auch Schreibtische, Nachttische und ein Farbfernseher sind vorhanden. Im Vierbettzimmer befindet sich ein eigenes Badezimmer, und für die anderen Zimmer steht ein Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer zur Verfügung. Alle Zimmer sind zudem mit viel Liebe zum Detail und elegant eingerichtet.
In der Wohnung steht den Gästen eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung. Ein Reinigungsservice und frische Handtücher und Bettlaken sind in den Preis inkludiert. Für Leseratten wird demnächst eine Bibliothek eingerichtet.
