Oronzo und Valeria, die häutigen Besizter des Agriturismus widmen sich biologisch-dynamischer Landwirtschaft und warten auf Sie um der Scharm von dem Bauernhof und die salentine warme Gastfreundschaft zu geniessen. Etwa abseits des Bauernhaus befinden sich Gästezimmer mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren ursprünglich alte Ställe und wurden nach und nach vollständig renoviert und stehen nun als Ferienwohnungen Gästen aus aller Welt offen. Masseria Ospitale ist nur ca. 6 Kilometer von dem wunderbaren barocken Lecce entfernt. Für die jenige die Wassersport lieben, Masseria Ospitale ist auch der beste Treffpunkt aller Windsurfer, Kiter und Wellenreiter. In der Nähe organisieren Kitesurf Kursen. Die Gäste haben hier die Möglichkeit bei den verschiedenen Arbeiten am Bauerhof dabei zu sein und richtig mitzuhelfen, nur wenn es ihnen Spass macht.
