Oronzo und Valeria, die häutigen Besizter des Agriturismus widmen sich biologisch-dynamischer Landwirtschaft und warten auf Sie um der Scharm von dem Bauernhof und die salentine warme Gastfreundschaft zu geniessen. Etwa abseits des Bauernhaus befinden sich Gästezimmer mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren ursprünglich alte Ställe und wurden nach und nach vollständig renoviert und stehen nun als Ferienwohnungen Gästen aus aller Welt offen. Sie bestehen aus grossen hellen Räumen mit Natursteinwänden und gewölbten Decken. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 5 Wohnzimmer (mit Doppelbett oder Ehebett), Kochecke und Bad (mit Dusche), und eine "Suite Zimmer" mit Kochecke, Vorzimmer zum Baderaum und Bad mit Whirlwanne. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 3 Miniwohnungen mit Kochecke, Bad und Terrasse. Der Bauernhof hat einen grossen Speisesaal, in dem Frühstück und Abendessen serviert werden. In diesem Saal Gäste können Musik hören, lesen, Kartenspielen oder sich mit den anderen Gästen in einer familiären und gastfreundlichen Atmosphäre unterhalten. Gäste erhalten hier die Möglichkeit inmitten einer intakten Natur zur Ruhe zu kommen und sich von der Hektik des Alltagsleben zu erholen. Von dem Bauernhof kann man leicht alle Orte auf der adriatischen Küste erreichen, wie WWF grüne geschützte Oase Cesine, den Naturpark Sümpfe und Wälder von Rauccio, Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro und die Orte auf der jonischen Küste wie Gallipoli, Santa Caterina Porto Cesareo u.s w. Masseria Ospitale ist nur ca. 6 Kilometer von dem wunderbaren barocken Lecce entfernt. Für die jenige die Wassersport lieben, Masseria Ospitale ist auch der beste Treffpunkt aller Windsurfer, Kiter und Wellenreiter. In der Nähe organisieren Kitesurf Kursen. Die Gäste haben hier die Möglichkeit bei den verschiedenen Arbeiten am Bauerhof dabei zu sein und richtig mitzuhelfen, nur wenn es ihnen Spass macht. Das Klima (warm im Sommer-mild im Winter) erlaubt hier ein buntes Programm Kulturevente und musicalischer Veranstaltungen (Jam Session, Live Musik, Live Konzerte und Experimentielles) im Freien unter den Ölbäumen zu organisieren. Der Agriturismus hat viel Raum im Freien, der man als Theater/Film Labor brauchen kann.
