  • £4k to spend, adventure wanted - and some advice please!
    Pete, I would say - go to the Himalayas - Nepal, India or Pakistan. You can go trekking or even take your bicycle (if you have the fitness/gear). The whole trip would cost you app GBP1k (inc airplane ticket), plus some for vaccination. Google images for words like Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Karakoram ...
