I would say this place is the best B&B place I've ever been in Eastern Europe! The location's not far away from the main Metro stations in Petersburg but it's very quite at night. We booked a triple room and ended up in a spacious fully equipped apartment... Owners were very helpful with everything, epecially visa registrazia - difficult as we weren't staying in one place for more than 3 nights.
