The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and a very good value for the money. Though I was expecting a shared bathroom, only the toilet is shared. It was very conveniently located for the Haubtbahnhof and bus station. Plenty of eateries around. Good value for money and pleasant staff. The only drawbacks were not having a lift in the building so it wasn't so easy for the less-abled of visitors as there are upto 2 flights of stairs. ... more

We had booked a room with shower but on arrival we were told that this room was no longer available because of a plumbing problem. We took a slightly cheaper room with shared shower and toilet, and this was fine even though the hotel was quite full. ... more
