New York, New York, the city so great they named it twice, goes by many other names as well. Probably most interesting to the traveller is the unofficial declaration of being the "world's capital." New York is the largest city in the USA, the fourth largest city in the world, and one of the most ethnically diverse cities on earth.

New York city is home to one of the most well-known New Year's Celebrations on the planet. Taking place in the heart of Times Square, thousands are corralled together in the frigid December temperatures, to watch the infamous ball drop and scream in the new year.
We loved our stay at New York Guesthouse. I came with my husband, three kids and my mom. All the beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean. It had a full kitchen. The location was great! In New York its all about timing and location. If you want a private room I would try the Marrakech Hotel on broadway and 103rd. No matter what hotel you book try doing it through hotels.com. Manhattan is a crazy place and you may find some great last minute deals. ...

For New York I did 6 days and I even had the time to check some other (off the program places on my own...) My suggestion is check what you want to see first, check in the map, there are thousands of maps for free everywhere, starting from your hotel desk, and I did a lot of walking so have good rest ...
