Noosa, or Noosa Heads, is a town about 140 kilometres north of Brisbane along Queensland's Sunshine Coast and has just under 4,000 inhabitants. Noosa mostly refers to the entire area, with Noosa Heads just being part of it, and Noosaville and Noosa Junction being the other two.

the coast at this time. I'd spend some time in Sydney then fly up to Noosa (Sunshine Coast airport) and take your time travelling from Noosa right the way down to Melbourne. Key stop offs should include Noosa, Fraser Island, The Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, South West Rocks, Sydney ...
