Bed & Breakfasts in Zimbabwe

We stayed in Villa Victoria for one night and we really liked it. It is located in a safe area (actually, the whole town looks safe), very close to the town center and restaurants and not far from Vic Falls. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and so was the common kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meal. I definitely recommend it.

Compared to nearby (even cheaper) places in Livingstone and Kasane, this lodge is rather average. Better to spend some more money and stay somewhere nice, or opt for a real budget option (hostel). For $80 it's not that bad, but overal value is just not that great either. Room looks really old and worn down, aircon not working properly. People are friendly in general, but not very helpful. Breakfast is quite good actually and there is a decent pool, although it's not very inviting. There's a shuttle service for a small fee, otherwise it's a long and hot walk to Vic Falls!
