Andrew’s Guesthouse is a new small property characterized by a warm, family atmosphere. It is nestled in the heart of St.Petersburg, in Gorokhovaya street which is reckoned among the most ancient streets of our city.

Nuestro mini-hotel está ubicado en el centro histórico de San Petersburgo cerca de Nevsky Prospect (10 minutos andando). Estamos en el segundo piso de un edificio antiguo de tres pisos, construido en 1853. Es muy fácil encontrarnos: sólo hay que entrar al patio e ir a la derecha. Uds. tendrán un apartamento grande y con mucha luz de una superficie total de 120 metros cuadrados. El apartamento está reformado de acuerdo con los más altos estándares europeos. Cuando reparamos el apartamento intentamos conservar elementos de estilo de aquella época, por eso en las habitaciones verán adornos de yeso, mientras que los suelos trás la restauración les agradarán con su aspecto inicial. Los suelos en el corredor tienen calefacción lo que es muy agradable especialmente en invierno cuando entras en el hotel dejando atrás el frío de la calle. En el salón hay un ordenador conectado a Internet (ADSL). Además en todo el apartamento podrán usar “Wireless Lan”. Como el edificio fue construído hace muchos años y no queríamos cambiar el trazado inicial del apartamento, no tenemos ducha ni lavabos en las habitaciones. En el pasillo hay un lavabo con cabina de ducha para cada dos habitaciones. Uno de los lavabos tiene una ventana que da al patio. Los suelos en los lavabos también tienen calefacción. En el centro del apartamento hay una cocina-comedor grande que a menudo se usa como un salón para hasta 12 personas. ¡Se puede alquilar todo el apartamento a un precio especial! En la cocina cada mañana se sirve el desayuno. Además es posible en cualquier momento durante el día o hasta la noche preparar café, té, calentar comida o cocinar algo. Junto a la cocina de gas tenemos microondas, cafetera automática, tostador, tetera y frigorífico donde se puede dejar los alimentos y bebidas que Uds. hayan comprado. El suelo en la cocina está cubierto de azulejos y también tiene calefacción. En cada una de las cuatro habitaciones la altura de techos es de 3.20 metros, en cada habitación hay adornos de yeso, dos ventanas grandes, suelos de madera. El diseño de las habitaciones es muy sencillo: muebles de pino, techos blancos, paredes de colores claros y cortinas del mismo color. En las habitaciones números 1, 2, 3 hay dos camas para una persona cada una (90 x 200 cm) y en la habitación número 4 hay una cama doble (160 x 200 cm). En todas las habitaciones hay mesitas de noche, armarios, mesas con dos o tres sillas, algunas habitaciones también tienen cómodas, sofás y televisores con canales satélite. Our guesthouse occupies one half of the 'belle etage' or 'piano nobile', the grandest of the four floors at the front of our house. Our accommodation is mostly in the form of sets of rooms (bedroom, living room, and bathroom).
