Jerez de la Frontera (203.000 inhabitants) in Andalusia, southern Spain, is mainly known for two things: Sherry and horses. The best sherry's are produced in this region, and you will find a lot of well-known brands in or around this town.

Had a nice day-trip to Jerez de la Frontera and the Royal Andalucian Equestrian School, visited the exhibits and then attended a horse-show, like ballet but with horses ;-). Then over to Sandeman, for a tour&tasting of Sherry, which by the way is based on the name Jerez ...
