  Not sure there are any cheap flights direct, but if you're determined to fly cheap from Indonesia to Oz, the cheapest way is probably going to be Tiger Airways from Padang to Singapore, then Singapore to Darwin - you could do the whole trip for about £60 if you time it right..... ...
