The theme this month is adventure. So, dig up your favourite photos of exploration, living on the edge and general adventure!

Submit up to three of your best photos for a chance to win one of these excellent prizes.

The winner will win a holiday package courtesy of Much Better Adventures! The company puts adventure seekers in direct contact with small local businesses - friendly places to stay, guides and instructors who share your passion for adventure, live locally, and know the best spots.

Winner:

• Your photo will become the main homepage photo on Much Better Adventures, (and credited to you of course)
• Your picture will be featured in Grapevine, the Much Better Adventures community blog, and in their monthly e-mag
• You will get a picture organic t-shirt sent to you
• You get to choose 1 of the following holiday prizes:

Holiday 1:

Surfing and beach bumming in sunny Nicaragua. Enjoy a 7-day all inclusive Super Chill package at El Coco Loco Resort in northern Nicaragua for 2. Your package will include:

• Private Cabana for 7 nights
• 3 Meals per day plus snacks
• Non-alcoholic beverages
• Unlimited Ron and Cervezas
• Bonus: 2 surf boards for the week and 1 group surf lesson

Terms

Anyone can enter. Travellerspoint staff are not allowed to win.

For every photo you enter, you must:

• have a high resolution version (4 megapixels or higher)
• own the copyright
• the photo can not have won or been runner-up in a previous competition

You are allowed to enter photos you uploaded to Travellerspoint before, even if they haven't been featured. The moderators will take another look at any photo tagged for the competition.

By entering your photo, you're also giving Travellerspoint a non-transferable, non-revocable right to use it to promote Travellerspoint. You will still own the copyright, and full credit will be given to you for the photo.

Nomination

You can nominate up to three photos. Only those featured by our photo moderators will be selected. If you'd like to nominate a photo that you uploaded to Travellerspoint previously, but that wasn't featured, you can still nominate it. The moderators will take another look at any photo tagged for the competition.

If you're nominating a new photo:

• Go to your photo upload page and upload your photos as per usual.
• Under Tags, add these tags: adventure and comp30.
• If you have tagged your photo correctly, it will appear on this page.

If you want to nominate a photo that you have already uploaded to Travellerspoint:

• Go to your private photo gallery.
• Tick the "select" box under the photos you want to nominate. Once you've selected all the photos you'd like to nominate, click "Edit Selected" at the bottom of the page.
• Under Tags, add these tags: adventure and comp30.
• If you have tagged your photo correctly, it will appear on this page.

Featured nominated photos will appear on this page.

Voting

The winner will be decided by a popular vote.

Voting opens on July 4 and closes on July 29.

The winner will be announced in the August newsletter, as well as on the Travellerspoint blog.
