Don't use personal pronouns
Words like "I", "we", "me", "us", "my" and "our" are bad news. Don't use them. After all, this guide is a collaborative effort, so making such personal statements is not appropriate.
Don't tell stories
Stories are fine for blogs, but not for a wiki destination guide. If you desperately want to write about the time you climbed the Eiffel Tower and were nearly swept away by the wind, start a blog. It's free!
