Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (IATA code AUS) is located 5 miles (8 kilometres) southeast of the city of Austin, the capital of Texas, USA. It only serves US cities, though there are seasonal flights (December to April) to/from Cancun.

The approximate cost of a taxi from the airport to downtown is $20 - $30 depending on traffic conditions, and should take 20 minutes. The Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CapMetro) operates "Airport Flyer" bus services to and from the University of Texas main campus, stopping in Downtown Austin each way.
